Shipping in Greece
Orders are shipped exclusively through courier.
When registering your order, enter the address to which you want the order to be sent.
The specific delivery time of each order is at the discretion of the courier company of the area that serves you and our company can only transfer your request regarding the delivery times.
Once you complete the order, you will be automatically sent an email with the analysis of your order. Track your email for the progress of your order.
- Free shipping throughout Greece for orders over € 50.00. Suitcase orders are excluded.
- For orders under € 50.00 the buyer is charged with € 2.50 shipping costs.
Extra shipping costs for Suitcases.
- Cabin Suitcase: € 7.00 per suitcase
- Medium Suitcases: € 10.00 per suitcase
- Large Suitcases: € 14.00 per suitcase
Delivery time
- Orders within Thessaloniki, Attica but also in large urban centers, are delivered in 2 to 3 working days. *
- Orders in the rest of Greece are delivered in 3 to 4 working days.
- You can at any time see the progress of your order through the information of your Account, by selecting the section “My Orders”.
- Specific delivery time of each order can be arranged by informing the courier company and the charge for delivery services in a two-hour period amounts to € 1.50 per shipment.
- COD (Cash On Delivery) service is charged with € 3.00 per shipment and is not free for orders over € 50.00.
- If a product is not available we will inform you by email or by phone about the progress of your order.
- Deliveries on Saturday are not made.
* Delivery times may be extended during periods with a large volume of orders or on holidays.
Tracking your Order
From the official page of Courier you can find out about the partner store in your area.
To track the sending of your order via the web (tracking order), simply place the shipping number that we send you via email on the website of the courier.
Shipping within EU
Orders are shipped via courier or Post Office registered shipping.
The buyer is charged with € 12.00 shipping costs regardless of the total amount of the order. Shipping is also valid for orders over € 50.00.
For orders containing suitcases, the additional shipping cost for each suitcase is € 25.00 – 35,00.
Shipments to the European Union are not made by cash on delivery.

NOTE: All shipments to the European Union are made after depositing the total amount of each order in the bank account of our company or by direct payment by card or PayPal through our website.
