Standard Return Policy
You can return to the store for free, in person, within 20 calendar days, any product you have purchased online. After the condition of the product is checked by the person in charge, the return and replacement of the product of your choice can be completed in the store.
In case of postal or courier delivery:
If there are errors with your order or the products arrive defective / damaged at the time of receipt, contact us and we will make it right in one of the following ways:
- Sending you replacement parts or accessories
- Replacing the product or issue a refund
You also have the right to return the product you received within 20 calendar days at your own expense and request its replacement with another product of equal or higher economic value. To return a product please contact us. In this case the cost of return and shipping of the new product is borne by the customer.
A prerequisite is that the items have not been used and are in their original excellent condition and packaging. It should also be accompanied by all sales documents. Our company does not cover the cost of returning and sending the items. The only exception is if you received the wrong or defective product.
